Michèle and I had decided to visit our family and our friends with Swiss. We lived at an old friend's, Yves Bruegger. Yves is one of my ancient school friends. We had lost sight for 40 years and we met ourselves thanks to internet approximately three years ago.

We were thus in their dining room a morning of this March and we stopped having breakfast. Michèle and I told the beautiful miracles that Jesus still makes for our period. By hearing these miracles, the faith of Edith, the wife of Yves, began growing. Suddenly she asked me if I could pray for her.

She explains that she had an accident and that for years, she listens in no way with her right ear.

I fetch a Bible and we begin to read about why Jesus died on the cross.

" but he was wonded for our trangressions, he was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was upon him; and with his tripes we are healed".Isaiah 53:5

I indeed explain to Edith that I am not a quack and that it is a Jesus Christ who will be glorified by his cure. She understands very well all these things, then, Michèle and I pray for her. When I remove my fingers of its dead ear, she has a surge. She listens perfectly. She can repeat all the words which I say. She takes the phone and announces to her sister that she has just been cured by Jesus. And what she listens to him with her ear which was deaf there are even some moments. It is the enjoyment, it is praise to our glory God! Alléluia! To please us, she leads us then in a chapel where she likes to go to pray.

We arrive in a place dedicated to the virgin Marie. Michèle and I let us say nothing. We do not want to offend her brutally. At the end of one court moment, we go out of the chapel and we leave on the car park. In the evening, Edith says to us that she lived this same morning a strange thing in this chapel.

She says to us that usually, when she goes there, she sees all the magnificent statues and when there, they seemed to her mat. She understood a very important thing. God showed her softly that the cult which she returned to the mother of Jesus was an idolatry.

She decides then firmly to entrust only in Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and men. Glory to God! Edith thus lived two miracles this week. She found the hearing and its eyes opened on the big truth. That the Name of Jesus is glorified!

"For there is one God, one mediator also between God and men, (himself) man,Christ jesus, who gave himself a ransom for all ".1 Timothy 2/5
