DEBORAH.
OT
Faithful woman, the wife of Lappidoth. Prophetess and judge in Israel. She encouraged Barak to fight the Canaanites Jg 4. She sang with Barak a written song in Jg 5.
DEBT.
What
we owe to others.
We
know that the wicked borrow but don't reimburse Ps 37/ 21. He who borrows
is in a bad situation. Pr 22/7. Sin compared to debts Matt 18/23-35.
Avoid getting into debt except the debt of mutual love. Rm 13/8.
We
cannot believe that a person is infallible (neither the pope, nor William Branham).
To believe this is to commit a serious sin against God.
This word is used to describe the religions which have a official name. See name of the Church.
DEUTERONOMY.
OT
This
word means ''repetition of the Law.'' This book contains the last three speeches
of Moses.
First
speech chapters 1 to 4. Second speech chapters 5 to 26. There
we find the ten commandments.
(''listen,
Israel!'' is the first Commandement.) Deut 5/1.
The
third speech is in chapters 27 to 30. There you find the blessings and
curses Ch 28. The chapters 31 to 34 talk about the law given
to the levites. We also find the last blessing of Moses and his departure for
the House.
Lucifer.
Creation of God doomed to destruction. Rm 9/22.
We
are not at all in a position to judge God. He does what He wants with the same
lump. Rm 9/21. And the devil was made for the perdition. God was not
surprised when the devil rebelled against Him. It was scheduled. Evil was to
be manifested for Good to be manifested too. Everything is within God. Nothing
is without Him.
We
who are created in His Image, we also create thing for a single usage and which
are doomed to destruction. This does not cause any sentimental crisis. Why should
we make such a fuss because God created beings for the sake of perdition? It
is time now to face things boldly. The mystery of good and evil is a mystery
only for those who want it to be so. In this system created by God, polarity
exerts its power on everything. We say: ''All things are relative.'' And it
is true. Everything depends on something else. Nothing is absolute. Only God
is Absolute. But He cannot be included in the system which He created. 2
Chron 6/18. He does not evolve in our system of time, or in our three dimensions.
Who are we to argue with Him about this or that? Rm 9/20.
The
devil was initially perfect and evil was found in him. He contemplated doing
something against nature. He felt like becoming God instead of God. Is 14/12.
He rebelled in the premortal life and dragged down with Him one third of the
spirits created by God. They have been cast out away from the presence of God.
Since they have been cast down, they have not stopped deceiving the human beings.
They do this only for the sake of harming God.
Satan's
favourite trick is to make believe that he does not exist.
He
does exist, but is not omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent.
Jesus
came on earth and reprimanded him openly. Matt 17/18. Jesus believed
in the existence of the devil. Those who don't believe thus put themselves proudly
above Jesus-Christ...
An
eternal fire was created by God so that the devil and His angels are cast down
there. What the people call Hell is therefore not a place where the devil waits
for those who have been wicked. It is a place created by God for the devil and
those who followed him in his evil ways. Most people follow the devil without
knowing that they follow him. They are deceived by Him. Jesus empowers his people
with a power to resit the devil. The devil avoids those who resist him Jm
4/7. The evil is the founder of the abominable church mentioned in Rev
17: Babylon, the great prostitute. There are actually two churches only.
Jesus' Church and Satan's church. The church of the devil claims to be faithful
to God, but has been totally unfaithful, idolatrous and criminal since the beginning.
See Babylon. It massacred millions
of people in the name of Jesus-Christ. It is abominable. It pretends to have
regrets, but it is a trick to gain the attention of those who have some authority
on earth. It aims at ruling over the kingdoms of this world. The devil will
give it the possibility during seven years. It will be obnoxious with all those
who want to remain faithful to the Holy Scripture. The devil will be incarnated
in the so-called infallible guru of this church very soon. The reformer Luther
revealed its identity very clearly. See angel.
The
devil will be finally destroyed with all those whose names will not be in the
Book of life. Let us love the people who are in this abominable church, but
let us not love this church, let us never befriend it, nor those who praise
it in the name of love. Attention! danger! It is more dangerous than all the
'isms' put together. Study the history of this world, and find out how many
men, women and children it sent to death Rev 18/4-8.
A
disciple of Jesus-Christ makes constant efforts to serve God. He should be brave
and have zeal to obey the Word of God. God remunerates well those who seek him
diligently Heb 11/6. We all should strive to add what is lacking to
our faith 2Pi 1/5. See pyramid.
Let us not be lazy.
The
gift of recognising spirits is a gift of God 1 Cor 12/10. This has nothing
to do with a judgment on the people or the situations. The point is to discern
the spirits in order to know if they are from God or not. Many think that they
manifest this gift and are actually making carnal and slanderous judgments.
A disciple of Jesus-Christ is a person who repented for his sins, was baptised in the name of the Lord Jesus-Christ, received the Holy-Spirit and is living the Community life according to what Acts 2 and 4 prescribe. The condition to become a disciple Lk 14/33. See keys. The first disciples of Jesus-Christ were the twelve. Matt 10/1-4. Then, they were seventy, Lk 10/1; but he shocked them on purpose to test their attachment. They left him. Jn 6/53-71.
A
disciple Lk 14/33 should remain in the Word of Jesus-Christ to continue
to be a disciple Jn 8/31. To remain in the Word entails that we remain
in the fraternal communion of the Church according to Acts 2 and 4
with all that it means Acts 2/42, and despite the risks involved ...
In the Church of Jerusalem, there were things which were not perfect. But no
true disciple would quit the Community for purely humanistic matters, such as
the organization or apparent injustices Acts 6 for example. See Love.
Pyramid. Solutions were found because
of the fraternal Love and of the courage of the disciples. 1 Cor 16/13.
DISPENSATION.
There are several dispensations. First is the dispensation of innocence. (innocence
means: incapacity to harm.) It concerns the era from the creation of the first
Adam until his disobedience.
The
present dispensation is called 'out of age.' See Church.
The
Laodicean dispensation is the dispensation in which we still find the Christian
denominations; it is part of the dispensation of the grace which runs from the
Cross to the White Throne Rev 20/15.
But
this whole dispensation of the grace is not managed by God in the same way.
First
is the time of the perfect Church according to the Word, that of the Community
of Jerusalem. This time is called ''out of age''. It is the time of the rain
of the first season. Joel 2/23.
Then
comes the time of the seven ages of the Church of nations.
This
time ends with a time called ''out of age'' It is the time of the rain of the
latter season. Joel 2/23. It is the time where the veritable Church
of Jesus-Christ lives according to the same Biblical model as the Church of
Jerusalem according to Acts 2 and 4.
There
is the time of grace for the 144 000 Jews Rev 7/3-8.
And the grace granted to those whose name is written in the book of life and who have not received Jesus-Christ during their life. Rev 20/15.
The
dispensations are marked, generally, by the presence on earth of an envoy of
God. Adam, Henoc, Abraham, Moses, Jesus-Christ, Paul, Irenee, Martin, Colomba,
Martin Luther, Wesley.
See
Church
The
dispensation of the age of Laodicea extends from 1906 to 1977.
Yet
there are always people who live in the dispensation of Laodicea, just like
there are still people who live under the dispensation of Sardis under the influence
of Martin Luther.
Those
who live under the influence of an obsolete dispensation are those who, either
did not hear the message of the messenger of God, or misunderstood it and thus
remained clogged in their religious system.
The
core message of the envoy of God to the age of Laodicea was:
''Get
out of the religious denominations which have Babylon as a mother, the great
prostitute!''
Those
who heard and understood them came out of these lukewarm religions and started
to obey the Word of God and live like the firsts Christians were doing. See
disciples.
There
is a time for everything and thus a time for the restoration of all things.
Acts 3/21. This time is drawing near, but did not take place yet; when
the time comes, God will gather all things in Christ Eph 1/10. The restoration
of all things is thus not only the restoration of the sound doctrine.
