It
is the cosmos. It is the universe as a whole. It is what the Bible sometimes
calls the world.
God
is not part of the created system. He cannot be. The created system cannot contain
God. 2 Chron 2/6. But God is in the system that He created for He is
omnipresent. See omnipresence.
God is.
It
is impossible for us to conceive who God is since He is nothing of what He has
created. We can understand only what we can apprehend.
It
is thus by faith that we start to approach God. Then, it is only when He reveals
to us that we can have a great certainty about who He is.
He
is in His Absolute. He is in what is inaccessible for us. He is.
But
He has created the system in which we live in order to manifest His attributes.

The
created system is a space which moves and in which all things are moving. Time
does not move. The space existing between the created things which move allows
us to measure what we call the time. Time does not truly exist. It is a concept
of our soul. We can say that we move in the space, i.e. between here and there,
but time does not pass. The time is ''created'' as we move in the space. When
God thinks about what we call the past, He does not use a so-called memory.
Everything is before Him without interruption. That's why He knows everything.
When we want to think about the future, we use our imagination. But God does
not do that. All things are before Him, ''all the time''. The prophets remember
the future.
God
talked and his Word was the first of His creations. This was the beginning.
In the beginning was the Word Jn 1/1 and Jesus, who is the Word, is
the first-born of all the creation Col 1/15. It is in the Word that
all things have been created. Col 1/16. The created system is
thus in the Word. In the Word. It is the Word which created all things. It is
Jesus who created all Col 1/116-17. And this Word became flesh Jn
1/14.
Now,
this Word is in us Jn 15/7 and we are in it Eph 1/3. The ''time''
comes where Christ will head up all things in Him Eph 1/10. See Beginning.

The
Cross is not the symbol that Jesus gave to the true Church. The veritable Church
of Jesus-Christ has the symbol of the cross and the resurection of the Lord
in the bread and the wine. Matt 26/26-28.
To
take one's cross is not just to
endure.
A
disciple who carries the cross is a disciple who goes to death. He gives up
coveting and keeps the laws of God in order not to live according to the flesh.
Rm 6/6. When we love Jesus-Christ, carry our own cross. We crucify our
flesh and its desires. Gal 5/24. We are crucified by others who mock
us and slander us. Come, follow me. Mk 10/21.
The
Romans commonly crucified slaves and criminals. They often forced the condemned
people to carry their cross.
Jesus
was crucified between two criminals, thus fulfilling the prophecies of the O.T.
