Charity
builds up while knowledge causes people to be puffed up 1 Cor 8/1 The
most beautiful text of Paul 1Cor 13. The true goal of whatever God asks
is to awaken in us the charity springing from a pure heart, a straight conscience
and a faith without hypocrisy. 1 Tim 1/5. Charity will be the top of
the pyramid of 2 Peter 1/5-8. Charity is God. See Pyramid.
It
is the sexual purity of the human being. For instance Joseph resisted the wife
of Potiphar Gn 39/7-21. A person is chaste because she is aware that
the body is the Temple of the Holy-Spirit. 1 Cor 6/18-19. Timothy is
encouraged to be a model of purity 1 Tim 4/12. Nothing impure can remain
in the presence of God.
It
is a discipline imposed to a child of God or a group to help them sanctify.
God chastises his beloved Heb 12/5-11, but he does not chastises us
according to our sins.
We
should be careful not to despise the punishment of God Job 5/17. We
are happy to be corrected Ps 94/12. The Holy Scripture is useful to
correct (chastise) 2 Tim 3/16.
CHERUBIMS.
See angel, archange.
Their function is to keep the holy places such as for instance the path to the Tree of life. Gn 3/24. There were representations of cherubims on the propitiatory Ex 25/18, 22. Heb 9/15. Ezekiel saw cherubins. Ez 10/11-22.
A
person who has not yet reached puberty. The parents should teach their children
to obey the Word of God. The children are considered innocent. They are not
baptised. To teach the children Pro 22/6. The children should not be
prevented from reaching God with their young faith. Matt 19/4. They should obey
their parents. Eph 6/1-3. Col 3/20. Without the fall of Eve and Adam,
we would have no children. God wanted to be the father of all. God had Eve with
Adam. God had Jesus with Mary. We were supposed to grow and multiply this way...
with God. Sexuality was something reserved to the animal kingdom. We were in
the Image of God in order to have from Him human beings grown up at birth. Eve
was not a baby when she came into the world. Gn 2/22. Jesus was a child
when he came, for he had to come in a flesh similar to the flesh of sin.
Rm 8/3.
The
children of God are His Sons and Daughters. We are predestined to be so. No
child of God will ever be lost. To belong to a religious organization does not
make you a child of God. That your parents are children of God does not make
you automatically a child of God. One knows through revelation that he is a
child of God. He also notices that he behaves as a Son of God, with dignity,
according to the commandments of God see Commandments. Worthy.
He
makes himself humble not because it is written, Matt 18/1-4, but because
he is born of the Spirit after he came to the world according to the flesh.
Jn 3/3-8. He joyfully got rid of ''the natural man'' (or animal man)
1Cor 2/14.
CHOOSE
See free will,
predestination.
God
alone chooses. But when He asks man to choose whom He wants to follow, it is
in order to reveal in the heart of his people, their origin, and in the heart
of others, theirs. The Word of God always reveals the heart of he who hears
it. Jesus clearly states: You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you.
Jn 15/16. We each have the feeling that in precise circumstances, we had
to choose between God and the devil, life and death. This is but an illusion
allowed by God. The reality is that we don't need to choose at all. We are elected
according to the good grace of His Will. Eph 1/5. God created time and
space in an Absolute manner, in order to rule this created system. We know that
time flows in a certain direction. It flows from the past to the future, through
the present. We cannot evolve (travel) in time. For us, time is always the present
whereas we know that there was a past and there will be a future. We are blocked
in the time (In the part of the time which we call the ''present''). On the
other hand, we feel that we can evolve (travel) as we want in the space, in
the three dimensions. But it is only an ''illusion'' since we are clogged in
the time, and thus obliged to 'follow.' Therefore, if we want to travel from
Paris to London (for example), it seems that we decide by ourselves, to move
from one point to another. But, since we need time to go from one point to another,
and we are blocked in the time, being unable to do anything else but what is
present, this means that we do in the space, only what God has prepared in advance
(in the past) in order to fulfill it (in our present-constant) and not what
we want without His willing it very precisely. Eph 2/10. The works are
prepared before hand so that we do them, practice them, fulfill them.
Those
who boast over their free-will claim to act according to their own will only.
(This is the very definition of the word free-will...) if I believe Jesus-Christ,
only those who do His Will can be saved. Matt 7/21.
But
can we do something else but His will?
No!
For, who resists His Will? Rm 8/19.
No
one...
...
neither the wicked whom He created for a purpose, nor the righteous whom He
made for another. The Eternal made everything for a purpose, even the wicked
for the day of disaster. Pr 16/4.
The
chosen have with them the testimony of the Holy Spirit. Rm 8/16. They
also have the testimony of the Word of God. See Commandment.
A chosen person has been elected since the foundation of the world. Eph 1/4.
In
our time, a chosen person becomes aware of his election upon meeting the Lord
Jesus-Christ in a spiritual relation which moves him to surrender to the Word
of God and march forward, persevering in the fraternal communion according to
the Scriptures Acts 2/42. All these things are now revealed. He starts
to conform himself to the keys which Peter has received from the Lord. See Keys.
A chosen one who has the revelation during his lifetime becomes a disciple in
his daily life. See Baptism for the dead.
Many
are called, but few are chosen Matt 22/14. The saints (or disciples)
are a separate, chosen race, 1 Peter 2/9. A chosen person cannot be
seduced by the false church, he will finally leave it to obey the written Word
of God. Matt 24/24. See Church.
CHRIST.
See Jesus-Christ. Messiah.
The
disciples of Jesus-Christ have been called 'Christians' by the people who did
not belong to the Community. This took place first in Antioch. Acts 11/26.
Since that time, this word has been used throughout the world, yet Jesus-Christ
called his people 'His disciples' Matt 28/19 and the authentic disciples
of Jesus-Christ are the saints. Acts 9/13, 32, 41; 1 Cor 1/2; and others...
Peter
used the expression Christian, 1Peter 4/16.
CHRONICLES.
OT
These
are two books of the O.T. which give a quick overview of the history from the
time of the creation till the decree of Cyrus allowing the Jews to return to
Jerusalem. We should note that the genealogy of Adam 1 Chron 1/1 does not recognize
Cain as a son of Adam, exactly like Matt 1/1-17. Lk 3/21-38. See Cain.
In
the first book of Chronicles, we particularly find the history from Adam to
Saul. Then the stories of David and Salomon.
The
second book recounts the reign of Solomon, of his son, the division of the Kingdom
of Israel in two: North and South. The reign of the diverse kings, the deportation
and the decree of Cyrus.
There
are two churches on earth. The true Church of Jesus-Christ and the church of
the devil. See Babel. The church
of the devil was born officially in Nicea in 325.
The
Church of Jesus-Christ is known of him alone. It is composed of all those who
acknowledge Jesus-Christ come in the flesh to die in their place on the cross
and who follow him by living according to the revelation they received through
the Holy Spirit about the Holy Scriptures.
There
is a time for the perfect Church. It is the time of the Primitive Church, the
church of Jerusalem. The Church of Jerusalem was based on the Word, which means
according to Jesus. It was alive in the Love by the Holy Spirit, powerful and
never deviating from the teachings of the apostles. The Church of Jesus-Christ
was the Community.
There
are seven ages for the Church of the Nations. See
Trust.
The
first age is called the age of Ephesus and starts in the year 53 after Jesus-Christ.
Paul is the angel (Good messenger) to the Church of this age. His influence
will remain until about 170. See angel.
The prophecy announcing what this age would be is in Rev 2/1-7.
The
second age takes place between 170 and 312 after Jesus-Christ. The angel of
this age is Irenee. This is the age of Smyrna. The prophecy concerning this
age is found in Rev 2/8-11.
The
third age of the Church runs from 312 to 606. It is Martin who is the angel
(the messenger) to whom John was writing from Patmos. It is the age of Pergamum.
Rev 2/12 17.
The
fourth age of the Church is the age of Thyatira which runs from 606 to 1520.
The angel of this age is Colomba. Rev 2/18-29.
The
fifth age of the Church of the nations is the age of Sardis running from 1520
to 1750. The angel of the Church of this age is Martin Luther, the reformer.
Rev 3/1-6.
The
sixth age of the Church is the age of Philadelphia running from 1750 to 1906.
The messenger of God (the angel) for the Church of this age is John Wesley.
Rev 3/7-13.
The
seventh age of the Church of the Nations is our time.
It is the age of Laodicea which started in 1906.
The time of the Nations is over. The children of God must absolutely
leave the religious organizations which have a name. Gn 11/14. These
names are the mark of the beast mentioned by Rev 13/17. See Antechrist.
The true and the false church are so much intermingled that it is impossible to distinguish them. Matt 13/24
The
reason is that the devil has sowed its seed in the field of God and that the
good seed and the darnel grew together. See Cain.
The
Council of Nicea buried the true Church alive. At that point the world truly
and officially entered the church. The trinity, the false baptism, the idolatry,
the cult of the dead, in short all evil crept in and killed the True Church
of Jesus-Christ. The Church became a multitudinist church, officially. It officially
rejected the model which God gave us in the Holy book of the Acts of apostles
in Ch 2 and 4.
Yet,
this was to happen. The true Church was buried like a seed, Mk 4/26,
and started to give a sprout through all the persecutions organized by the false
church. See Gospel, (concerning the
council of Nicea and the obligation for the Christians to believe in the trinity.)
This
sprout has endured through the years and its leafs start to be seen. It was
the process of returning to the Truth which started. The ear then appeared.
But the seed was still covered with the chaff. It is precisely where the church
is right now. Nothing is more similar to the seed than the chaff. The false
church resembles the true one, the Church of Jerusalem; it has the power of
pentecost, but is still surrouned by the chaff which must be cast in the fire.
It
must remember from where it fell!
It
fell when the Love cooled down in itself. Rev 2/4.
The Church of the Nations fell in the first age, the age of Ephesus, Rev 2/4-5.
Then,
when the love among brothers and sisters cooled down, the love for God cooled
down too. It never recovered from its fall; and in the year 325, in Nicea, it
received its fatal blow. Nicea buried it alive.
We
should absolutely know that the Communion with God always goes with the Communion
which we have with the brothers and sisters. You cannot love God more than you
love your brothers and sisters.
Today,
after much roaming, it returned to the primitive Truth in many ways. The Reformation
was its most important step forward with the message of salvation through faith
of Luther, the fifth angel of Rev 3/1-6.
Then
J. Wesley came and preached that without the sanctification, no one will see
the Lord. 1Tess 4/3. Wesley was the sixth angel of Rev 3/7-13.
Then
the
seventh angel came to tell the people of the churches: ''Bring my people out of
the church! Come back to the Word of God! Practice the Written Word in all you
have to do. Don't follow the religious denominations. They all are the daughters
of their mother, Rev 17/5, the great Babylon of Rome! Get out from there!
the church of Laodicea is indecent, naked, and does not even know it Rev
3/17-18, it is mad!'' See ten bridesmaids.
In 1977, my wife and I left the human religious organizations .
But what could we do?
To
start and build a new religion would have been stupid!
We then heard about the message of the prophet W. Branham.
So
what? What to do after leaving the religious organizations?
We
prayed and fasted and we read the Bible with a new viewpoint for a new start.
We had the revelation of the Community life according to Acts 2 and 4, and
Ps 133 where it is clearly stated that God sends eternal life wherever brothers
dwell together, and Gal 6/6 and so on....
In
the Community, we are not perfect of course, but we know that we are what God
wants us to be according to the Scriptures of our time. Our organization does
not deviate from what the Holy Bible says. We live in a Community of life, and
that is the only Biblical model of what the Church of Jesus-Christ must be for
the true Saints of the first and of the last days.
We
of course have gatherings for teaching and prayers and a worship in a place
which is cool in summer and warm in winter. But for us, this place is not the
Church. The Church is us, who live the Church according to what Peter told when
he turned the keys. See Keys.
Now,
we don't claim to have the monopoly of the Truth. (We leave these pretentions
to those who are willing to manifest it by excommunicating us. Actually, we
were not excommunicated for living a Community life, but because we refuse to
surrender to the obligation to believe in the trinity.) see Gospel.
It
is Jesus who adds to the Church. Acts 2/47. It is not a church which
anybody can join. The keys must be turned in the right way see Keys.
We
are several, forming one body in Christ Rm 12/5. We were all baptised
in (or 'by') a Single Spirit, to form a single body. 1Co 12/13. The
true Church is built on the foundation of the apostles (of Acts 2 and 4
among others, therefore) and of the prophets Eph 2/19-20. The five ministries
of Eph 4/11-12 must be manifested in the true Church, and not only the
ministry of a pastor (or evangelist).
Jesus-Christ
is the only chief of the Church. Eph 5/23. There can be no infallible
guru in the Church of Jesus-Christ. The Church of Jesus-Christ is unique though
consisting of many local churches (communities). For instance, in Jerusalem,
there could be only one Community welcoming 7000 people under its roof to live
together. There must have been several ''Community Houses''. From time to time,
these ''Community Houses'' organized banquets, in other words, meals where each
''Community House'' would bring food and drinks. An agreable moment could thus
be spent, with all the local churches gathered together.
This
was also done in Corinth. Unfortunately, the Christians of Corinth were carnal
and Paul does not praise them, due to their lack of love 1Cor 11/17-22.
You
thus see that the fraternal love had already started to cool down in the first
age of the Church of the Nations. See above in this text.
