All
those who have received Jesus-Christ as their Savior and Master, who 1 have
repented, 2 been baptised in the
name of the Lord Jesus-Christ, 3 have received The Holy-Spirit and 4 have been
saved from this perverse generation (the four keys which Jesus gave to Peter
so that he opens the gate for the salvation) have their soul adopted. The adoption
of the body will come only later. Rm 8/23. The sinning soul will die.
Ezk 18/4. The part within us which receives the eternal life, is not
our spirit. It is our soul which receives the immortality. Our spirit is eternal.
That which is eternal has neither beginning nor end. See Mortal.
On
the other hand, our soul had a beginning. It is the result of the fusion of
our eternal spirit with our body of flesh. Gn 2/7. Having a beginning,
it must have an end. It escapes the end by receiving the eternal life which
is given to all those who receive Jesus-Christ, the Light of the world. For
this reason, we hear about the salvation of the soul, and not of the spirit.
We have a spirit, but it is divine, eternal. Our spirit is a part of God in
us. A child of God continues to obey his father, not in order to be saved, but
because he is saved. Gal 4/5.
The
Greek fathers gave the custody of their sons to a paraclet see Paraclet who
took care of their education. When the child had become capable, he was then
adopted by his father. This adoption meant that the son was able to handte by
himself the business of his father. In this way, we shall be adopted by our
eternal father.
The
adoration is our love, our respect, our service to God. The adoration consists
of prayer, service to the Community (which is the Church), the participation
in the ordinances of the Bible, see ordinances. Lord's Supper, Washing of the
feet, see Washing, etc...) and all the practices which
show that we love God and the Community. (which is the Church according to the
Bible). We don't love the world, but we love the people who are in the world.
Not to love the world does not mean at all that we hate it. 1Jn 2/15.
You
shall have no Gods except me Ex 20/3. 32/1-8.There is only one God and
His name is: Jesus-Christ. To worship three persons is to worship three different
Gods. It is the name of Jesus that we should sanctify. Matt 6/10. And
the name of God is the name of the Lord Jesus-Christ
The
one who is born of Mary, the son who has been given to us, is the father made
flesh, (in a body of a man). Is 10/5.
Jesus-Christ
made us know the name of the father Jn 17/6 fulfilling the prophecy
of Ps 22/23. To worship three different persons amounts to worshipping
foreign Gods, since there is only one Divine Person: Jesus. Ps 81/10.
To worship three different persons is thus an abomination. See abomination.Worship
the father in spirit and truth Jn 4/23. Worship the maker of heaven and
earth. Rev 14/7. Worship Him with all your strength, all you spirit,
in thoughts, words and actions.
Illicit
sexual relations between a married person and person who is not his/her spouse.
Adultery
is the symbol of the infidelity of the church toward God, of the members of
the church toward God and of Israel toward God. Jer 23/14. James 4/4.
Thanks
to adversity, troubles and distress, we can live many experiences which help
us grow in the manifestation of our faith in God. In their misery, they shouted
to the Eternal Ps 107/6, 13, 19, 28. We believe that there must be an
opposition in all things in this created universe. It is the law of polarity.
All things are relative. This means that nothing exists without being related
to something else. See Adam, Eve.
We
have an advocate with the father, Jesus-Christ who speaks in our favour.
1Jn 2/1. An advocate is not a person whose forgiveness we should seek before
he speaks in our favour. It is sufficient for the one who is born again to say
clearly and confess what he did wrong to his lawyer and the latter will plead
his cause and will win the case. 1Jn 1/9.
AGRIPPA.
NT
He
is the son of Herod Agrippa 1 and the brother of Bernice and Drucille. He was
the king of Chalcis which is situated in the mountains of Lebanon. He was almost
convinced by the predication of Paul. Acts 25 and 26.
ALPHA
and OMEGA. See Jesus-Christ.
Construction
used for the worship, the sacrifices and the offerings. Noah built one Gn
8/20. So did Abraham Gn 12/7-8. Offering of Isaac by Abraham
Gn 22/9. The altar of Jacob, Bethel Gn 35/6-7. The altar of Elijah
and the one of the false prophets 1 Kings 18/17-40. To reconcile before
coming to the altar Matt:23-24. The soul of the Jews who are under the
Altar Rev 6/9.
AMEN.
This
word means ''let is be so'' or ''In truth.'' When a prayer is offered to God
and I agree with its contents, I say ''Amen!'' This means that I am in communion
of spirit with the one who is praying. Matt 18/19 insists that we must
be in agreement for the prayer. The word Amen publicly expresses this agreement.
AMOS.
OT
He
prophesied between 792 and 740 BC. It was the time of King Osias. Osias was
the king of Judah and Jeroboam was king of Israel.
Almost
all the prophecies of Amos are destined to the people of Israel and its neighbours,
urging them to return to true justice. It is in this book that we find this
important key: ''The Lord does nothing without revealing his secrets to his
servants the prophets.''Amos 3/7. And remember that God does not change!
Heb 13/8.
The
first treacherous brother in the Church of Jesus-Christ. He and his wife Saphira
lie to the Holy-Spirit by making the Church believe that they had, like all
others, all given after having sold all
things. By deceiving the brothers and sisters, they deceive God. They die on
the spot when Peter questions them about their evil action. Acts 5/1 to 11.
They were no more obliged to sell their belongings than to repent or be baptised. They deceived God and the Community by keeping one part of the money of the selling. Imagine that you have sold everything, that you have shared everything with all and that some people don't play the same game as you and profit of all that you have given, and keep secretly something for them personally. This is a sin. (if righteousness is for ALL to surrender to Peter's words which were inspired by the Holy-Spirit, and ALL were selling their belongings Acts 4/34.
We
should note that Jesus-Christ will come back only when we have again Ananias
and Saphira in the Church. As long as the teaching of the Apostles is not taught
and experienced, there can't be people who try to escape. This means that Jesus
will come back only when His Church will be like it was in the beginning, in
Jerusalem. The churches will never change. But There will always be this humble
Bride who perseveres in the teaching of Apostles to prepare her ascension.
The
primitive Church was a Community of life, for life. Whatever is not like this,
is somewhere on the way which leads there. But it is clear that the Bride will
be what she was in the beginning.
